Clinical Supervision For Therapists
Clinical supervision is essential for us as therapists and, similar to when clients are seeking a therapist, fit matters. If you're looking for a space to show up as your authentic self, to develop and deepen your clinical skills, where you can let your guard down and honestly reflect on the role of culture, race and ethnicity… then you're in the right place.
Me in a nutshell:
22+ years immersed in psychology
15+ years practising Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
9+ years helping therapists like you grow in confidence and competence
I hold a B.Sc. in Psychology and an M.Sc. in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and I'm a BABCP Accredited CBT Therapist. I've also trained in EMDR (EMDR Academy), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Compassion Focused Therapy – so I bring a broad toolkit to supervision.
But here's what really matters: I believe supervision should be a space where you feel safe to explore the messy, complicated, "am I doing this right?" moments that come with being a therapist. Because we all have them.
Who I work with
I supervise both trainee therapists finding their feet and experienced therapists looking to deepen their practice. Whether you're navigating your first cases or working through complex presentations, I'm here for it.
Where I've supervised
NHS Talking Therapies
iesohealth
Goldsmiths' University of London
Private Practice
This range means I understand the different pressures, protocols, and practicalities across various settings – and I bring that real-world perspective to our sessions.
Areas of specialism
While I work with supervisees across a range of presentations, I have particular expertise in:
Maternal mental health – supporting therapists working with perinatal anxiety, depression, birth trauma, and the emotional complexities of pregnancy and early parenthood
Food allergies – helping therapists navigate the psychological impact of food allergies, including anxiety, social isolation, and the family dynamics that come with managing allergies
If you're working with clients in these areas and want supervision from someone who really gets the nuances, I'd love to support you.
What supervision with me looks like
Collaborative, not prescriptive. I'm not here to tell you what to do – I'm here to help you think through your cases, develop your clinical skills, and trust your own judgment.
Reflective and practical. We'll balance the "what's happening in the room" with the "what do I actually do next?" Because both matter.
A safe space. Supervision should feel like somewhere you can bring your doubts, your questions, and your "I'm not sure I handled that well" moments without judgment.
The practicalities
I offer:
Individual supervision – tailored to where you are in your development
Flexible frequency – we can work out what fits your needs and requirements
Sessions are available via video call.
Why I love supervision
Honestly? Because I remember how isolating and uncertain this work can feel at times, especially when you're starting out. Having someone in your corner who gets it makes all the difference. I love being that person for other therapists – watching you grow in confidence, seeing you trust yourself more, and knowing I've played a small part in that.
