I offer sessions online via secure MS Teams video calls, giving you the flexibility to access support from anywhere in the UK.

Many clients love the combination of regular online sessions with occasional in-person meetings - it keeps your progress on track while fitting around your busy life.

Each 50-minute session is £90 - an investment in yourself.
Fees must be paid at least 48 hours before the start time of the appointment for bookings to be confirmed. Appointments will be released if payments have not been made before this timeframe. Cancellations will be charged at the full rate if notice of 24 hours or less is given prior to the appointment start time.

I work primarily with women, especially mothers navigating the challenges of motherhood. Whether you're dealing with pregnancy anxiety, birth trauma, postnatal depression, mum guilt, or simply adjusting to the changes that motherhood brings, I'm here to support you.
I'm passionate about supporting women from diverse backgrounds, especially Black, Asian, and Caribbean mothers, as I understand the unique experiences within our communities.
I also specialize in working with allergy parents and adults living with food allergies. As a mother of a child with multiple allergies myself, I understand the anxiety and daily challenges this brings. I can help you develop practical tools to manage food allergy anxiety so it doesn't limit how you want to live your life.
While these are my main areas of focus, I welcome anyone seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, health anxiety, social anxiety, low self-esteem, or long-term health conditions.

We'll start with weekly sessions to build our therapeutic relationship and explore what's been troubling you. As you become more confident using CBT techniques and start seeing progress, we can space out appointments to suit your needs.

This varies for everyone, as we're all unique with different circumstances and goals. Some people feel significant progress in just a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support.
During our initial sessions, we'll work together to set realistic goals and regularly review your progress. This helps us both understand what's working and when you might feel ready to finish therapy. You're always in control of when to end - there's no pressure to continue beyond what feels right for you.

First things first - you do not have to tell the whole story on day one. We'll take it at a pace that works for you and I'll tailor treatment to you using CBT & EMDR therapy tools. Because we're not just here for the "here and now" problems - I want you to be able to navigate future tricky situations with confidence.
Using CBT & EMDR we'll work together to:
Understand the patterns keeping you stuck
Develop practical tools for everyday life
Process difficult experiences holding you back
Build self-compassion and confidence
We'll start with weekly sessions, and then there'll come a time when you start asking for fortnightly - to give yourself more time to practise. It's one of my favourite parts of your therapy journey, and one I'm truly honoured to witness.
Most people are surprised that progress is more subtle than they expected and I'll make sure we celebrate the little wins along the way. Healing is not linear. There will be harder weeks, and weeks where things feel lighter - and I'll be right here alongside you.
Starting is the hardest part of your journey. Everything else builds from there.

As a mum I understand that childcare isn't always possible — so you're welcome to attend alone or bring your baby along to our session.

No, at present I do not currently use AI in our sessions to summarize or write my clinical notes. While I think AI can be incredibly helpful for some tasks, I’m old school when it comes to writing my clinical notes :)

I’m a mum to 2 young children - you might see me on the school run, sitting waiting for ballet classes or at a birthday party (because they have a more active social life than me!).
I take confidentiality seriously. So I won’t say hi if we end up at the same pilates class.
And if you see me out and about, chances are I may not notice you as I’m usually explaining to a small child why I’m not buying another pack of Haribo.
