The festive season can be a wonderfully joyful time - but for many families, especially those navigating the additional demands of raising a child with SEN, it can also bring real anxiety and overwhelm. I was invited to co-facilitate a webinar for Black SEN Mamas specifically focused on navigating Christmas 2025 while managing anxiety.
Together, we explored practical, compassionate strategies to help families move through the festive period with a little more ease. It was an honest, grounded conversation - and exactly the kind of community support that Black SEN families deserve more of.
